- Hey guys! I have finally made the decision to go natural and I am so very excited! After looking through various Fotki albums, I am so inspired. I have been doing alot of research too. I purchased some stuff from Carol's Daughter and I'll be getting a protective style soon...probably kinky twists. There aren't many natural salons in SC, so I'll travel to ATL for my BC.
Goals:
Last Relaxer: May 2008
Transition: May 2008 to May 2009 (maybe)
BC: May 2009 (if I can wait that long!)
BC: 1/30/09..yeah!!! I decided not to keep spending $200 every 2 months for braids. Plus, I couldn't wait to get my hands in all this hair and have people stare in amazement, LOL!

I have mentioned the fact that I am going natural to several friends and family members. Needless to say, no one has really had anything positive to say in support and some have even changed the subject. So, I really appreciate all the support you guys have given me.
7/19/08: I got Kinky Twists today and plan on keeping them at least until October. I'll post pics later...
9/6/08: I got my Kinky Twists re-done today. I was going to try a different protective style, but the twists are so very convenient. - General Information
