Well it’s a new year (2008!!!) and I have decided to start treating my hair with wayyyyyyyy more care this year than I have in the past. I am looking forward to meeting positive people on Fotki who can help a sistah out with reaching her new goal. My sister and I are both trying to work towards healthy hair and I will be using this forum to track my progress. The GOOD, the BAD, and the UGLY!!!!

My goals during this healthy hair process are to have
1. A better moisture regime by 6-1-08----->completed
2. Better DIY skills---->completed
3. Stronger hair/less sheading----->completed
4. Armpit length by 12-1-08
5. Thicker fuller hair

Current Regime

1) Pre-Shampoo- I use any of the following:ORS Hair Mayo, cheapie conditoner, oils.

2) Shampoo- Keracare Hydrating and Detangling Shampoo.

3)Conditioner- I pre-condition with Aphogee Keratin 2 minute Reconstructor and the DC with Keracare Humecto (20 mins under heated cap) or a She Scent It conditioner.

4)Rinse out (pat dry) and apply CHI silk infussion and Lacio Lacio. I comb with a wide tooth and either let my hair air-dry and place into a bun or....

5) I use magnetic rollers to set my hair and again I air dry or I use my PIBBS.

**I will also use a Aphogee and Damaged hair treatment every 6 weeks.**
