UPDATE:
I am beginning my natural Journey!, I big chopped on April 25 2009 without transitioning my last relaxer was March 3 2009.
I am excited to see what my natural hair does!
I wash and deep condition once a week, i mostly wear twists and twist outs and occasional braids and cornrows

Hair Type : 4a/4b, i just realized my hair is fine but super thick and very prone to dryness and breakage

Hair goal: Healthy thick APL anything more will be an added blessing

My Regimen
Co wash once or twice a week
Clarify as needed
Deep Condition overnight once a week
Henna twice a month

Sulfate free shampoos:
Abba pure color protect
Giovanni smooth as silk
Giovanni tea tree
Giovanni 50/50

Deep conditioners:
Giovanni 50/50 mostly for cowashing
Hairveda Sitri Nillah
Aubrey Organics honeysuckle rose
Aubrey organics GPB
Abba Creme Masque
Aubrey organics Desert Herb Condtioner

Oils:
Hairveda shikaikai oil
Vatika frosting
Almond glaze
EVOO
EVCO
Castor oil

Moisturizers
Afroveda Shea Amla and cocolatte moisture mask: my hair is soft for days!
