My Regimen
Prepoo with silk elements cholesterol or hairveda sitri Nillah on dry hair with heat
Wash 1x per week with Mizani Botanifying- the best shampoo ever! or Keracare detangling shampoo
Abba nourishing shampoo: excellent sulfate free shampoo
I clarify whenever my scalp feels itchy with V05 kiwi lime clarifying shampoo
Deep conditioners:
Silk elements cholesterol - works better about 4wks post relaxer and after henna
Keracare humecto - old favorite
Hairveda Sitri Nillah deep conditioner......absolutely amazing
Aubrey Organics honeysuckle rose.......dont know why i sat on this one for so long, my hair loves it!
All of the above mixed with coconut oil/castor oil mix after every wash
Cowash once a week if my hair feels dry with:
Vo5 free me freesia conditioner
Champagne kiss : hair feels like silk!
Tresseme Vit E moisture rich conditioner: very nice
HE LTR: soft slippy hair!
Moisturizers:
my water/glycerin/castor oil mix: mostly for braids
HE LTR leave in
Hairveda shikaikai oil, vatika frosting and almond glaze: yes they are that good!
Oils:
Hairveda vatika frosting
Castor oil + coconut oil mix(parachute brand) ( 50/50)
Hairveda Cocasta shikaikai hair oil
I flat iron when i wash my hair at home, trying to get the rollerset thing down
I also use braids and conrows to help me stretch my relaxers to 10-12 wks
I switched to lye because no lye started to dry out my hair and make it more prone to breakage, right now i like Vitale life and body, i relax at home
I take a daily multivitamin
Official Henna Lover, i mix with tresseme moisture rich let the color release, add glycerin and coconut/olive oil mix and hair is soft and strong, i use Duhlan henna every two weeks or so
