My name is greenwings23 I feel that I am entering another phase in my hair journey to reach WL I am currently SL, but I am on another journey to reach APL....MY OBJECTIVE IS TO KEEP IT SIMPLE
I plan to flat iron hair every 1& 1/2 months to perform a length check..
now that I have a new hair cut....(bob)
SHAMPOOIMPLE
1. Wash every third day with ph balance shampoo : ApHogee's for damaged hair, Avacor scalp detox, & Nacidit -shampoo(olive oil)

CONDITIONER
2. Nacidit- olive oil
3.silicon mix
4. Chi products (mist spray, serum &,straight guard cream
5.Tresemme recovery conditioner

Oil Rinse ( Keep dryness away)
1. wash/ rinse hair with favorite oils( jojoba, olive oil, garlic,grapeseed oil etc) with water.
2. rinse, rinse
3. apply connditioner ( rinse out)
4.apply serum, leave-in conditioner
5. seal with favorite oils
* rid of tangles, moisturize hair, good pre-poo *****

DOMINICAN PRODUCTS
1. Apretadora/Apretol-15 Capilary treatments for damaged hair/split ends....cinnamon & rosemary gives shine, volume, leave in 5-10 minutes/heat cap.... managablity...GREAT......
2. Miel & Leche Rinse...treats dry damaged hair....smells good!
Universal una bomba rinse
3. Sicion Mix....2-3 minutes....I chose 5 minutes max...restore health, shine to damaged hair...
Nacidit-olive oil combo-shampoo,rinse, and conditioner(deep)

1. Crudoleum oil/ rinse...it smells...but the results are fantastic....increasing thickness, shine, stimulation to scalp...apply 2x a month..

*apply no heat( pressing combs, flat irons, can use blow dryers- but limit use....
*no major trims (BC) if possible
* I have allowed some dusting over 12 weeks posting relaxer

Phytospecific Index 2 for normal, thick., and resistent hair ( soya & egg extract) I have texlax my hair, so it has retained its curl.....I would like to try Mizani for sensitive hair....or Hawaiian silk (sensitive scalp)

2.WASH: BAKING SODA (1 tsp)ALMA POWDER, BHRINGRAJ,SHIKAKAI POWDERS (1 TSP)/ LITER OF WATER
***I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I RAN OUT OF BODY WASH /SO I USED SUAVE MOISTURIZING SHAMPOO AS A SUBSITITUE... AND IT LEFT MY SKIN SO DRY....SO NO MORE SHAMPOO...FOR ME..
3. I WILL WASH EVERY 14 DAYS
4.CONDITION: PROTEIN CONDITIONER/MOISTURIZING CONDITIONER/TOP IT WITH COCONUT OIL...
5. DEEP CONDITION WITH HEAT 20 MINUTES
6. RINSE...RINSE
7.APPLY CONDITIONER/COCONUT OIL AGAIN...
