Shampoo and Condition with CON poo and con
Moisturize with Herbal Essences Long Term Relationship Leave In
Mist with Aphogee Leave in, Detangle
Rollerset/Wrap and sit under dryer for 45 minutes
Nightly: Wrap or cover with bonnet, moisturize with NTM leave in and seal with EVOO, Massage scalp, apply Elasta QP Mango Butter and EVOO to edges and nape area
Stretch relaxers for at LEAST 8 weeks. Longest successful stretch 12 weeks.
