Heatstroke13
I'm a graduate from Texas A&M and currently a CPA. I just want to share my journey of getting back to my roots (literally) with people who may be doing the same thing!

I decided to go natural for several reasons, the top two being

1) Health - those chemicals are being passed through our skin into our bloodstream and with me living in Houston (one of the top most polluted cities in America), I decided that I don't need to expose myself to toxins that I can avoide. My scalp also got very tender in the crown area and was perpertually sore, I felt that wasn't normal.

2) Tired of trying to be someone I'm not - I hated the burnt smell of the curling iron and I was definately tired of chemical burns all to look more European

3) Working out- tired of being a slave to my hair and worrying about the style when I work out.

4) Inspiration - My sister inspired me and I in turn inspired my mother!!
