So Ive been looking...ok stalking a couple people's pages enamored with the growth, health and progress of their hair and I can't wait til I can hopefully reap the same benefits that the patience and care of my hair demands as well.

I have been natural my whole life but I am learning that just because you are natural does not mean that your hair is healthy. I am on a journey to truly understand what my hair does and does not work with it. Years of misinformation that has to be removed and replaced with nutritional value to the health of my hair.
I am nervous, giddy, and impatient with the whole process. I want to see the results immediately, but I know to those who wait good things come. But I will say I have a difficult time keeping my hands out of my hair. But because my goal is healthy long hair, I will refrain.

I am on fotki to watch the change and progress made that can't be captured in life...seeing it in still gives one motivation to keep up the journey. Not only that having a network of like-minded individuals is the best support ever. So I share with you all and walk along with you in this journey to explore, discover, and covet our natural hair!!

I currently do not have a regimine. But I notice that having one is a vital part in staying focused on your goal and maintaing healthy hair.
