I'm currently about 31.5 weeks in to the process of transitioning. No BC, although I've had a few LC's throughout the process!

I don't have any strenuous regimen!
I use Curls™ all the way, I love their products!

I'm going to place an order from Kinky-Curly.com before the end of the week ... I just know it lol! Very intrigued by the Knot Today, the Coconut Custard and the Transitioners Tonic--they sound like three products I can benefit from :)!

All I use are Curls™ products:
I wash and condition my hair once a week with Curls™ Curlicious Curls Cleansing Cream shampoo and Curl Ecstacy Hair Tea conditioner and I moisturize my hair with Curls™ Whipped Cream--it's the best you have to try it ... I bought the entire Curls™ line at www.azizabeautysupply.com <--the have the best prices! ... I know I know, I sound like a pusher lol, but if you don't try anything else you MUST use the Curls™ Whipped Cream and the Curl Soufflé <--they do the trick especially the Whipped Cream! I've been procrastinating, but before the weekend is up I WILL purchase the Knot Today and the Curling Custard from the Kinky Curly™ line, you can get their stuff at www.kinky-curly.com! I would love to be able to do more cowashing and less 'pooing, but my hair attracts way too much filth ... it's disgusting!
