My regime:

Hair type is 4a/b

I wash my hair every 3 days. I may co-wash in between depending how far post relaxer I am.

I shampoo with Keracare 1st lather (I always clarify with every wash due to product buildup) and nexxus therappe.

I no longer use Nexxus and I'm not clarifying at every wash. I noticed that it isn't needed like I thought it was. I am now using Keracare Hydrating as a moisturizing shampoo. My protein conditioners are Aubrey Organics and AVEDA.
I deep condition with ORS, Aubrey Organics or Silicon mix. I mix castor oil in all my conditioners.

I airdry in a ponytail. I use lacio lacio, elasta qp oil moisture recovery and seal with oils.

I no longer use lacio lacio. I've been using Giovanni Direct. I'm still searching for another leave in conitioner because GD isn't all that anymore. Elasta QP is still a staple and I'm sealing with either castor or coconut oil.

On days that I decide to wear my hair down, I add my leave-ins blow dry on low and flat iron using chi silk infusion.

I only comb under running water and I never use a brush.
