J-skiv...Guys, I cut it off...and I like it!
I'm a young-at-heart type of person. I get giddy if I go play at the park, enjoy cartoons totally (Kim Possible is my idol...LOL!), and am probably one of the silliest ppl on the planet. I love hanging out with kids, esp. teens (such an interesting and crucial portion of anyone's life). I spend most of my time doing just that...It's my heart's passion to see youth make a successful transition into adulthood. I love arts and crafts and doing household projects that require creativity, taking things apart, and putting things together. I love exploring cultures esp. my own. I am a 'true' African-American in that my dad was from Ghana ('sup to the Ga ppl!)and my mother is from Blackstone, VA (y'all don't know nothin' about that one horse town). Mom's black, but you couldn't necessarily tell by looking at her complexion (she is the white lady in our family...longstanding joke). When I begin to travel outside of this country, I want to be able to experience the very essence of the ppl. I love NYC and I hope to live there. I LOVE Chicago, my home sweet home. No matter where I live, I will continue to be a Chicagoan. I want to boycott Macy's for overtaking my favorite store...Marshall Fields. How rude! I'm easy going, love being natural, love to live in peace...Oh and most of all I love Jesus (oh, my goodness how I could I forget about that...). He is my everything and that is not a cliche. I see Him working in and improving my life EVERYDAY and I love Him for it.
