Then night before I wash my hair, I apply Nexxus Emergencee (purchase from CVS and apply to the roots only) and put a light protein conditioner (heated) on my hair ends. This makes the Emergencee silky instead of rock hard. Then I go to the salon the next day (this makes me hair feel like I just got a relaxer)

I add Lacio, Lacio/Salerm B6 leave-in and a little of Ultra Black Hair Moisturize plus leave-in Dew (Great detangler) then I roller set.

Maintaince
The hair dresser usually puts some between her hands and rub onto my hair (Cristalli Liquidi) leave-in serum on my hair, its light and keeps the hair moist. I add a little on my ends every 2 days. I ordered this from Ebay. $16/18 plus S&H:)

PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR ENDS, SEAL THEM EVERY NIGHT OR EVERY 2 DAYS. I AM GOING THROUGH PREMENOPAUSE. I SEE MY HAIR IS GROWNING BUT I STILL HAVE A BIT ALOT OF SHEDDING. MY HAIR IS COMING OUT IN LUMPS AT SHAMPOO TIME.
