My Skin Regimne
-Exfoliating baths everyday weekly
-Moisturizing (oil) baths
-Exfoliate face everyday with Epsom Salt or Baking Soda
-Use toner daily (witchhazel)
-Moisturize daily (cocoa butter, Babyoil, Vitamin E creme)
-Mask 1x weekly (sun)
-Take vitamins daily (Prenatal, Vitamin C, Cod Liver Oil)
-Drink plenty of water!!!
-Use Burts Bees Beeswax lip balm daily.
My Hair Regimne (Updated Oct 30,2006)
-hot oil treatments 1x a month: Africa’s Best Ultimate Herbal Oil
-shampoo & deep condition 1x weekly (Sundays): Purifying Green Tea Shampoo, ORS Olive Oil Creamy Aloe Shampoo, Crème Of Nature Nourishing Conditioner, and Organics Hair Mayo
-DETANGLE with Johnson's Kid's No More Tangles.
-use Motions Nourish Leave-In Conditioner or Profective Break Free Leave-In Strengthener before drying hair with high heat.
-PROTECTIVE STYLES: Alternate between donut buns, roller sets, and curly styles
-set hair with Elasta QP Design Foam, Perm Repair Setting Lotion, or LottaBody Foam Wrap.
-use Hollywood Beauty Olive Oil or Africas Best Herbal Oil every other day.
-MOISTURIZE or Hollywood Beauty Carrot Crème.
-apply Optimum Oil Therapy after roller setting
-wrap hair every night; sleep with satin scarf
-brush hair 100 times nightly
-drink more water, take vitamins daily, increase fruit, vegetable, and protein intake.
