**** I started my journey in December 2007 and now I am obsessed
and in love with not only keeping my hair healthy, but mind body and soul.
*** I am currently in medical school and find this experience to be a way to rejuvenate my body and not burn out.
** My main purpose is to share my journey with you all. I have been
deeply inspired by some of the amazing progress everyones
having. Feel free to leave me comments on some of my methods
and products used. Tell me what worked for you or didn't or share with me some of the things you believe I am doing wrong or right. The whole purpose of me starting this is to be motivated, encouraged and to track progress.
