Well I live in cali and I love it here. The only bad thing is that the rent is so high. I am a proud(on most dayz) parent of two handsome young boys. But the reason that I wanted to start this page is because I have falling in love with natural black beautiful hair. There is no other like it.
I had a really hard time in the begining of my lockin stages. I had my big chop on august 28 2006 and my hair wasnt even a inch long. I had researched dreads for about 3 months on the stages, shampoos, maintenance of it and all you can think of. I do have to admit that I was addicted to looking at everyones journals and pictures everyday. I only followed the advise of the people who had a good set of dreads. But now i realize that it all helped but I had a whole different grade on top of my head. and what works for you may not work for the next. So I can now say that I learned alot about myself and my hair this pasted year.
