- I'm KUNTRY...I'm the "hey ya'll", "I'm fixin to" "oh Lawd" kinda girl who holds out her drawl and smiles cause there is nothing better else to do in Hot Georgia....but I'm also spiritual, wise, and always optimistic. I'm the one with the advice, the one who tells you NOT to take that 3rd drink, the one who will turn a flip just cause and the girlfriend you need when you feel your life is about to end....when we both know you are "a drama queen"....
I am happy to say that I have been natural for a year....YAY!!!!!!!!!
I have probably tried every product and tried every style that could suit me in my natural journey. Some were good, and some were not for me.
I have FINALLY learned my hair, and I can't speak for other 3a, 3b, or 3c heads but mine needs moisture constantly. Especially the crown of my head. The nape of my neck is a finer, softer texture than the rest of my head....and I have found out that this is true for most people.
When I was young my hair was BSL and my mother really took care of my hair. Then as I got older I decided that long hair was not for me and kept it in a bob. I liked it because I was into sports and it was a low maintenance hair style. I decided to go natural and here I am now. I know the potential of my hair so I am excited to reach all of my goals and hopefully get as close to waist length as of 2011...LOL. Well we all can imagine huh......

I have recently mixed the Surge ULTRA MAX Hair and Scalp Stimulant and MTG together and got some really astounding results. So I am sticking with this for a while. I have also started taking Biotin pills, from GNC, they don't break me out like the other ones. I wash my hair weekly and only style my hair wet. It cuts down on frizz dramatically.
I have a pretty simple regimen....I think consistency is the key...Happy Nappy Growing Ya'll!!!
