- I have learned a lot about my hair over the last three years. And after trying every product and pill out there to grow my hair I have learned that all my hair needs is TLC from me to grow healthy and strong. I stopped using every product someone says grows their hair, because what I have learned is everything is not for everyone. After my hair broke off in the summer of 2007 and I finally cut if off in the summer of 2008, I stopped using products and pills to grow my hair, I started using love. I listen to my hair and what it needs instead of putting any and everything in it. I don't have a magic routine, what grew my hair over 7inches in one year was just TLC. I didn't use any special product, any special pill, or special routine. If I could give anyone advice about what they need to do to grow their hair, it would be to love your hair and care for it delicately. Keep your hair clean, and free it up from excessive products. Love your hair and it will love you back!
Routine: Wash once or twice a week. Deep condition 15-1hr each wash. Protein and moisturizer conditioner every other wash. Moisturize when hair needs it.
Relax: I relax every 8 to 10wks using Mizani Butter Blend Medium.
