Ok soooo I've decided to create a challenge for myself and my best friends, a couple other women i have joined on too -- the details are adpated from the MT/OCT Challenge on LHCF, my details are in my Journal section. I'm in the process of creating a regimine to go with it. I'm excited to get underway. My goals currently are:
**Collarbone - March '09
**APL - July '09
**BSL - Dec '09
I'm not sure how realistic they are but i figure i better start somewhere.

Any tips and information would be greatly appreciated :)
