My routine, for those of you who are curious:


~For half of the month, I wear protective styles (2 weeks) for the other half I rock loose styles.
>In the winter I wear protective styles most of the time

~I cowash as often as I like when my hair is loose, usually with Trader Joe's Nourish Spa Conditioner

~I DC twice a month, alternating between Protein Treatments and Moisturizing DCs (Protein first week of the month, moisturizing DC mid month)
>For Protein, I usually use eggs/mayo combined with my fav oil of the moment
>For Moisture, I usually use Coconut Milk and Molassas
>When I'm being lazy, I use commerical products (see my products album)

~I moisturize daily, even when my hair doesn't feel like it needs anything, I still give it a little something (sometimes just a light spritzing of water and conditioner) to be safe.
>Qhemet Biologic's Burdock Root Butter Cream is my FAVORITE MOISTURIZER
>For light spritzes I use a mixture of Water, Redken Smooth Down Detangling Cream and Aloe Vera Juice.

**I ALWAYS PREPOO BEFORE CLARIFYING**

~I clarify with shampoo once or twice a month (depending on how my scalp feels and how much product I've used on my hair)

>Baking Soda ACV when I'm not being lazy
