Well, as of September 2006. I am a Au Naturale...and I'm loving it!

At first I thought to myself..."what in the world are you doing, girlie?"...but I really haven't had any regrets since making the plunge. I have, however, recieved some negative comments or just strange looks, but oh-to-the-well...life goes on. As long as I am at peace with my decision and my spirit feels like it's what the Lord wanted me to do, then I'm ok with it.

Below, you'll find my regimen and products. Many of the shampoos that I used when I was relaxed I still use. As a matter of fact, I still hold on to those "hair care basics" because whether natural or relaxed, it's important to have a healthy head of hair.

Hopefully, my album will inspire someone who is treking along on their journey and just need to take a pit stop...whether natural or relaxed...ENJOY!!! :)

Here's my regimen:

1. Shampoo once weekly
2. Cowash almost daily
3. Deep Condition monthly
4. Style:
TWA...Rockin my curly coils!

** I almost always pre-poo before I shampoo **

Shampoos:
Murad, Nioxin, Jason's {Biotin)
{Polysorbate 80 added to each shampoo)

Conditioners:
Murad, Nioxin {Scalp Therapy), Jason's {Biotin}, V05, Suave Naturals

Deep Conditioner:
Cholesterol mixed with Jojoba, Sweet Almond, & Grapeseed Oils, Jamaician Black Castor Oil, & Honey

Styling Products:
Water, Glycerin, Aloe Vera Gel

Pre-Poo:
Mix of 1/3 Jojoba, Sweet Almond, Grapeseed Oils, Natural Shea butter, & whatever conditioner I am feeling at the time.

Growth Aids:
None
