- ***UPDATE*** I BC'd on 3/6/10...so excited...let the journey begin!!!
My Regimen is pretty simple. I shampoo and deep condition once a week. I also cowash once a week. Since I discovered that I can twist my hair, I prefer to keep it twisted up so that I'm not manipulating it too much and so it will retain more moisture.

These are photos of my hair from 2007 to present. I started taking care of my hair in May 08 after I was left underprocessed by a stylist who used a Mizani relaxer. She then styled, and I use that term loosely, my hair in a way that I could have done myself. So, that experience and other past experiences with stylists who didn't respect my time or money motivated me to take control of my hair's destiny!
