- Hey everybody a new year is here, my goal is to grow CL (chin length hair) for 2009 with no perm or texturizers. please help me accomplish this goal. please feel free to leave some tips for me, recipes, products, regimes. Well I finally did the b/c in june. After years of wanting to cut my hair- I said to myself that I have to did it to make me happy and stop worrying about want people will say. I LOVE IT.
