I'm starting to get serious about my hair health and my overall health. I found BHM and decided to start a fotki to chart my progress.

My REGIMEN is in my Journal.

My last relaxer was October 20th - 2007.

I celebrated a year of hair health Sept.16th 2008 and a year of Transitioning in my Oct.16th 2008 update.

I've seen fantastic results since I've started taking care of my hair.

I'm updating my very simple regimen in my journal.

Beginning June 1, 2009 - I will begin a three month Curlformer Challenge. It will end on Sept.1. 2009. I'm hoping to make BSL by Sept. 1.

The curlformer challenge was a success. I grew almost 2 full inches in 3 months. Check out the pics in my 2009 hair album.

I'm still natural and I'm almost BSL. My ultimate goal is MBL.
