I am on a hair growing journey like most ladies are . I woke up and realized how badly damaged my hair is ,so I started searching for help January of 2007 and I found hair boards, of course and my journey starts from their.I was searching for a regimen that would fit my hair and I was trying different products and I came across a lady name Cathy Howse I was impressed with her book that I purchased and I am starting her hair regimen . I like it because it is simply and you don't have to spend a lot of money on a lot of products.Simple is good for me.So with god on my side I belive that all things are possible , so with that said my hair is not thick it is thin and I am trying to achieve thick hair as well as long hair I will continue Cathy Howse until July 2008 then I am going to start a new regemen I will post. Thank you Cathy Howse , but I will take over from here as of July 2008 I will no longer buy her conditioner it's a little expensive for me right now , so I will use other protein mixes.

I wash my hair every 3 days with a shampoo for damaged hair

DEEP condition every 3 days for now

moisturize after conditioning

seal with evoo ,peppermint and coconut oil , castor oil

wear protectant styles
