UPDATE 12/18/11 UPDATE

My name is Cha'e(pronounced like Chay not Shae)..lol..To start with this journey came outta nowhere.I mean I was on youtube oneday and this video popped up.It said natural hair at the top and I was curious so I clicked on it and it was like a window in my life was opening.I know it does sound kinda dramatic but its true.I've always loved the way fros,twist,waves,and just big hair in general looks on me and everyone for that matter.I think its sexy.Now, I am not that much of a girly girl so I hated to do my hair,get perms,weaves,and all that crap.I just wanted to be able to do my hair quick and feel comfortable about it.Not worrying about was a track showin and stupid stuff like that.I felt like I was living this superficial life.And I have never been a conformist and I didn't want to start with my hair.I wanted to be able to wake up in the morning look into the mirror and say,"Yes this is me, all me, naturally,the way God intended me to be!"And at that very moment I felt like God had put his hands on me an instantly made me a better person.It's something only us naturals can experience,I WISH EVERYONE WAS NATURAL so they could feel how we feel ya'll!We are truly blessed to be able to except ourselves and others so I just want to thank ya'll fort that!GOD BLESS

Janurary 2009:Begin wearing my nautral hair out

Goals by Jan 2009: Shoulder length and defined curls!-ACHIEVED!
*mnth 4:wear headbands & look right-ACHIEVED!
*Regimen figured out:ACHIEVED
* Soft hair-ACHIEVED
*Thicker hair-ACHIEVED
*Find product 2define curls
*Learn 2cornrow&flat wist-flat twist achieved

BY MARCH 09 GOALS:
*Thicker hair
*Loose 20 pounds
*Low manipulating hair
*Take vitamins and drink only water
*Hide hari until end of March

No No's:I don't not intend to dye my hair ever.It dried some people's hair out and broke it off.I can not take that chance at all.I like my natural hair color anyway.I don't plan on going to a salon and gettin a trim because Alot of people said that they chop to much off.Plus I can do it myself after all I did do my own BC.I also NEVER plan to straighten my hair EVER!Some told me their curls didnt revert back.I like curls anyway,alot more than straight hair.CURLS ARE FOR ME BABY!
