- I just started this hair growth journey around December 21st 2007. I've been wearing sew ins and different weaves all my life. I finally decided enough was enough. I don't have pictures, but my hair was extremely damaged and thin just two months ago. Everytime I combed or brushed it, it was falling all over my shoulders. I immediately started searching online for answers. I also bought Cathy Howse's book and clung to it. This is the beginning of my new hair. I'm eating heatlhy, taking vitamins and trying to perfect my regimen. Please feel free to leave any thoughts or suggestions!
