- Chop Shop 166 is based in Merrimack, New Hampshire and we do most of our work in Merrimack High School. Our main sponsor is BAE Systems, who provides some funding and mentors. We go to the Granite State Regional at the Verizon Center in Manchester, New Hampshire every year in March.
Our team mentors FIRST Lego Leage (FLL) teams at Mastricola Upper Elementary School and Merrimack Middle School, we run a FLL regional in Merrimack High School, and we help with the New Hampshire State FLL Tournament in Nashua. We also hold our own FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) off-season competition, Mayhem in Merrimack, in June.
We are also involved in our community. We run a Lego summer camp where we help kids make their own Lego robots to complete a challege that we make.
All of the competitions we go to and run are open to the public at no cost, so please come and see the excietement of a FIRST competition! - General Information
