I am a relative newbie in this world of proper hair care and maintenance. I embarked on this journey on December 1, 2005. My hair was very dry and unhealthy at this point, and I was just shy of cutting it all off to start from scratch. That is when I stumbled across Fotki which then led me to LHCF.

My ultimate goal is to have healthy hair, I am trying not to be focused or overly obsessed on my hair growth because I realise that if I keep it healthy the length will follow. I have a relatively simple regime that is working and I do not see myself diverting any time soon *fighting my inner PJ*

Please feel free to check my journals. This is where I have my updated regime, products reviews, and other hair-related issues or dilemmas I may be grappling with. Leave me a message if you like, I am open to suggestions and questions as I am on this healthy hair journey.

**My next update will be after June 6th when I have my next retouch after a six-month stretch. I hope to be closer to shoulder length by then with very minimal breakage.

** My second retouch of 2007 will be sometime after November 21 and I am hoping that my hair will be sitting on my shoulders at that point.
