My hair Challenge: 10-06-07 through 12-06-07

For the past two years my mane have has gone through a quite few changes of ups and downs. It finally hit rock bottom a couple of weeks ago and I decided to cut my coils to a bob and start all over. My next step will attempt to go natural but that’s another battle for another time. Over the span of 3 months I will attempt to nurture my hair back to health and strength with the help of my stylist and me.

Goals
Short term: 1-2 inchs growth, health, and thickness. (is this realistic?)
Long term: 3-4 inches growth, strength for color

Current Treatment:
Relaxer every 6-8 weeks, along with ends clipped(stylist)
Washed weekly alternating products
Oil scalp every other day.
styles- roller sets, wrap sets, minimize thermal use one time weekly, and pin curling for curl.
