************I BC'ed at 14 MONTHS POST RELAXER***********************

My last relaxer was June 2009.

I wash and condition weekly with Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Poo and Conditioner. I moisturize daily with water, HH, and/or unrefined Shea Butter and I seal with Hot 6 oil. I do no-heat styles (mostly braidouts, twistouts, and buns).

I just discoved the Tangle Teezer and I highy recommend this for detangling 4a/b hair.

**********MY OLD REGIMEN (when I was relaxed)***********

* Wash and condition once a week with CON shampoo and conditioner. After rinsing out the conditioner I do my deep conditioning treatment below..

* Deep condition with ORS replenishing pak for 1 hour without heat

* Moisturize with Scurl and/or NTM silk touch leave-in cream daily and seal in my moisturizers with hot 6 oil.

* Protective styling on a daily basis (buns, braidouts, bantu knots, or rollersets)

* NO heat ***********Heat is NOT my friend************NO heat

* Relax every 16 weeks with ORS no-lye relaxer

* Protect hair in a satin cap at night
