 | I am participating in the Cathy Howse challenge and APL challenge. I want APL hair next year. Once I reach APL, my plan is to trim to keep it at that length until I feel it is thick and full enough to grow longer. I do not want long,thin hair. My ultimate goal is BSL but no longer than MBL. I am also changing to lye relaxers. Despite daily moisturizing, my hair always feels rough and dry and no-lye might be the culprit. I've also completed my first ever 12 week relaxer stretch ending on nov 10th. I plan to keep doing these stretches to allow my hair to thicken up a bit. I've also stopped taking as many hair pics b/c i was beginning to obsess about growth.
UPDATE: Well, I had to cut my hair b/c my ends were too thin. No sense in having long hair if it's thin. So I'm back to about the length i was when i got my first trim and starting tracking my progress. My goal has simply become to have healthy, full SL or near SL hair by the end of the year. I am no longer doing 12 week stretches again either. I don't see any good that has come from it.
