In August of 2006 I made the decision to go back to my wonderful nappy hair that God gave me at birth and it is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I am currently a junior in college at Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX. My major is Math & Computer Science and I will be getting my teachers certification in the 4-8 grade levels…but eventually I will try my best to attend law school and become an attorney. I have a 2 yr. old son named Elijah who is the light of my world, my heart, my soul, and the only reason I wake up each morning striving to prosper. We are both Aquarius, our birthdays are a day apart (Jan. 23 and Jan 24) and he is definitely all me from his features right down to his attitude lol.

Thanks to all of my lovely natural sisters your words, wisdom, and encourage have helped me through so much. You don’t realize the ignorance of your fellow ‘friends and family’ until you make a decision like this to step outside of the box and it’s amazing to see their true colors!

To all who decide to view my album please leave comments, suggestions, and criticism, whatever you say I do not mind. I will take it all in stride and continue on my journey in hopes of NEVER turning back to that nasty creamy crack!

So what's Natalia up to these days? I would hope to think some of you would be asking yourselves this question. Well......I could not take it anymore I went back to relaxers sorry! I had my second baby boy btw on August 1st his name is Camden but I just couldn’t take it anyone who has had kids knows what I'm talkin bout! That pregnancy hair is so nice and THICK and being a newly naptural I had not a clue what to do with it and it just became a nightmare I even tried to texturizer on it, so then I was no longer nappy so I waited a bit more and now I am back to sew in's, weaves, half wigs, and my relaxed hair. I will say one thing my hair must be TOUGH because it is not falling out in clumps and its about shoulder length and at a pretty good state for what all it has been through this past year, but I am trying again and need all the support I can get it! Pics and updates coming soon!
