- H3llo! i'v3 d3cid3d to go natural on octob3r 24, 2005, which was the exact day i did the BC. i hav3nt had mii last p3rm since may 2005. But i didnt start to take proper care of my hair till mid 2007. I'm a proud V.I.P member of BHM, and if it wasn't for that site i wouldn't have learned the useful tips/ support/ and advice from the wonderful members. I am also a lurker of Nappturality (member name: Mely), Hair Boutique (member name: msmiamilady) and of LHCF. From plenty of research i'v3 figur3d out that i hav3 a typ3 4a/4b . i currently go to Florida A&M University! yup i'm a freshman RATTLER! and i'm having so much fun while i'm there! My r3gim3n for this y3ar has chang3d a bit since3 i st3pp3d in the c0ll3g3 lif3... but it will b3 as follow3ed...
FALL Regimen
Crown~n~Glory Technique(SINGLES, sew in weaves etc...)
-moisturize hair w/ african royale braid spray every other day
- drink 4-6 glasses of water daily...starting small and than working my way up to 8 glasses ; )
-massage scalp daily for 5 min.
-use castor oil as a sealant and use it on my temples daily
-shampoo wash n condition hair once a week
-redo braids every 1-2 weeks
~SUMMER REGIMEN~
when wearing hair out/ in cornrows or twists (under a wig)
moisturize daily and seal w/ castor oil
cowash every other day-daily
drink 4-6 glasses of water daily
massage scalp daily for 5-10 min
deep cond/shampoo 1 times a week
