 | UPDATE UPDATE: MY HAIR IS TEXT AS OF 10-3-05 . MY REGIMINE BELOW . My plan for the fall is to wear cornrows and my lacewig and try to keep cornrows for 1-2months b4 re braiding them and to keep up with my MTG
My hair regimine is very simple. I keep my hair braided in cornrows most of the time 3-6wks at a time then i leave it down 1-2 wks and give wkly Aphogee protien treatments if excessive shedding occurs. usually it doesn't.while braided I rinse sometimes daily wash wkly with suave clarifying shampoo spray with surge 1-2xs daily spray with Worlds of curls activator 1-2xs daily and i put Jamaican loc gel (really grease) on my ends and recently started using Shea butter. I like Neutrogena Daily Deep conditioner it smells great. For variety i wear hats, wigs, headwraps!I avoid blowdrying and pressing my natural hair I usually only straighten to check length about every 3mo but no more than 5xs a year. (i went against this and saw less retained length so in the 06 i plan to nix any and all heat including the blowdryer somebody pray for me) I try to keep my hair twisted or braided because fros and twistouts lead to too much tangling but i have a fierce one in my avatar!
