- Since I have restarted my hair journey, I was able to stretch my last relaxer for 9 weeks May 1 to July 3. I've never gone that long!! Makes me feel accomplished and that I can continue without any harm to my hair. I am currently on SL and continuing to achieve my goal of Full APL by Dec. 1, 2010..wish me luck!!
Hair Regimen:
Moisturize nightly with either Silken Child,Mango Butter (alternate) or LTR
Seal with Morrocan oil/olive oil/ design essentials botanicals oil
Wrap;Braid Out; Roller/Rod set hair
Stay away from heat!!!!!! NO blowdryers, no curling irons, no flat irons...only on special occasions even then low setting..if I do flat iron only 2/3 hair not the ends.
Once my hair vitamins come in I'll be on that faithfully.

I've just discovered the wonderful BHM and LHCF site and I have been snooping around there and also looking at many fotki albums and have been truly amazed by the progress everyone has made. It has made me so determined, focused and motivated to achieve healthy hair and length second.
I already want to say thank you to everyone on this hair journey because ya'll really are an inspiration! I know I can do it!
