I've had alot of bad hair experiences that led me to take action!
Over the next few months with little hairdresser interaction I will nurse my hair back to good health.

My current regime:
1. Shampoo and deep condition
2.Add the moisture with products and then seal them in with oil
3.Protective and low manipulation styles - buns, ponytails, falls and twists out
