- I've been debating for years about going natural but was always brought back to the actual texture of my hair without a perm. I remember I could barely comb it due to the thickness. I really don't know how to describe my hair because it's soft but thick and it's curly but kinky too...I got a lot going on. After admiring the beauty of natural hair and seeing more and more women coming out with it again I made up my mind and had my bc 4/14/2007 and haven't looked back. I love my hair! I'm very comfortable with it but don't do a lot of styles and hoping I can get some ideas. I really want to loc but not really ready just yet. I mostly keep it in my lil fro and tie a scarf or bandana around it like a headband and I like that. I may even wear a puff on some days too. I'm mainly seeking friends that can give me some ideas and suggestions on products to use. I'd love that especially if it's something good for my texture...whatever it is. I'm ready to loc now but seeking a loctician in my area.
