Hi everyone!!!

Welcome to my fotki journal. I am currently in the process of documenting my hair care travel . I have 4b hair and its about to the top of my shoulder/ back of my neck. It used to be thicker and healthier and much longer, but with a few years of letting it go, its very damaged
:( So now I am doing all I can to get it back ! I am currently taking a multivitamin and and an iron pill (for my anemia). I notice when I do take my supplements, my hair doesnt shed as much. I also try to drink at least 48oz of water a day ( I know it aint enough, but im not a freaking camel!!! lol). I try to include either salads or green vegetables into my meals everyday.I also , when I get free time, like to walk the park and sweat a little. These things seem to be helping a lot with the hair growth. I started keeping track of my hair around March and I have a good amount of newgrowth coming in. I've always had a split end problem and my nape area is broken. But since I've been stretching my relaxer , I notice some growth in that area as well. Another good thing is keeping the hair MOISTURIZED. I live in Florida, so I have to keep it moisturized as often as possible because of the humidity. Anyway, if anyone has any tips or suggestions for hair, please feel free to leave me a comment. I'm open to all :) buhbye!!!
