- Hello everyone, My name is Ebony and I am new to the fabulouse FOTKI. LOL! I have been stalking everyone's albums so much I figured I would put one of my own together. So here I am! Heeeeeeeey! LOL! I was born in Syracuse, NY... raised in Ocean Side, CA and Reside in Woodbridge VA.
I've had a relaxer in my hair since i was 5 years old.... I've always had long pretty hair, but when i started seeing all these beautiful women w/ natural hair I was like wow! I started thinking about going natural in 05, but wasn't too sure, so I asked a lot of question to a co-worker of mine who was natural and she introduced me to the wonderful Motowngirl website... I've learnd so much from that site... I recommend it to anyone that has any questions about natural hair, as well as this site. So anywho... I did my BC in Oct. '06... I was so scared, but so happy at the same time... I eventually cut my hair again in March '07 due to breakage from the kinky twist I had... I only cut about 4-5 inches off... Now it's March '08 and I definetly need some updated pics... I recently trimmed my ends this past weekend and my hair feels great... I'm looking for my hair twin to see what works for our hair type... I usually keep a wig on during the winter months, but spring is right around the corner so I'm ready to try different styls w/ my natural.... So please stop by and help a sista out w/ ya'lls regimen and hopefully I can share a few of mine. Thanks, Ebony!
