 | i like learning especially about hair. i have learned so much on BHM and my hair has been thriving. i'm now on LHCF
my hair type is
Natural hair 3b/c highly textured and thick.
Past APL (last time i checked) but i cut it so now it's just about APL
i need to get a good flat iron cause i really don't know how my hair is last time i checked in September it was just past APL but the back of my hair grow SLOW so how knows how long it is.

pre-poo when i need it
clarify every 6-8 weeks
i use shampoo when ever
co-wash twice a week
moisturise 2x daily
DC everyweek
i'm mega teking and it's working. i use it every day
i forgot about protein well i use it when i need it
at night:
i wear my hair in two to four big plait and put on my silk bonnet
i wear a puff and a messy bun
