Hello, here is my hair care regimen:
Wash with Kera Care 1st lather shampoo and follow it with the regular shampoo, usually on Friday.
Condition with anything I feel like:
--Aphogee 2-min
--Redken butter treat
--UBH conditioner
--Garnier
--Really anything I want
Imediately put on moisturizer after rinsing out conditioner.
-I use Silken Child moistuizer
Always, Always, Always oil my scalp with castor oil, Its what leaves my hair soft and wonderful!

I am natural and have always been. And I have recently decided not to straighten my hair every time I wash unless it is a special occasion. And because of LHCF I am loving my natural tresses. God Bless! Love,
