I've been natural for at least 8 years, wearing braid/twist extensions the entire time. My final goal is to grow my hair to full, shoulder length unstretched.

My routine:
Braids/Twists:
Rebraid/retwist hair after 8 weeks
o Daily: Use moisturizing spray
o Daily: Lubricate strands with oil & leave in conditioner
o Weekly: Co-Wash twice per week (Wednesday & Sundays)
o Monthly: Shampoo once per month
Loose Hair:
Leave hair unbraided for 14 days (two weeks)
o Wash & Deep condition on days 3 & day 6
o Wash & Deep condition on days 10 & day 13
o Deep condition hair w/heat; add extra oils
