I've been taking alot of pictures but my computer crash so wont be able to download pics to god knows when. (I'm currently using my step pops computer to type this)

I've been getting great results on this regimen thus far:

*Co wash every two-three days with sauve coconut
*DC twice a week with ORS olive oil or biolage or herbal essence hello hydration (deep conditioning challenge on LCHF.com)
*Use garnier frutis sleek n shine and leave in mix with water in bottle spray ( Thanks to curlynikki.com. this condish has soooo much hold i dont need gel. My curls pop! It's so amazing!)
* Seal ends with melted shea butter after doing twist or braids.
*Wash hair once or twice a month or when needed with black soap or ORS aloe. (I hate washing. Would like to try the backing soda/condish combo to wash)

I'm here to meet other fellow au natural sistas and to keep track of my hair progress. I'm in the process of geting my hair all natural. I've had the perm for three years before i decided to take the perm out. I just so happened to be pregnant at that time and didnt want to be bother with the chemicals.

Before getting the perm i had no idea how to handle natural hair. I was natural for the first 17yrs of my life but as i got older i just ( well my mom ) will press out my hair for me every weekend and my hair grew very nicely (by my bra strap) but of cource that didnt satisfy me. I hated getting burned! lol so i begged my mom for the perm and told me i will regret it! I didn't know better...i was STILL getting burn lol, my hair was breaking off at a faster rate then it was growing and my hair never grew back the long length that it was when i cut my hair in a bob after putting in the perm. So after all the headache...im back to where i started...and i plan on keeping it this way! I love my napps!!

So far i've been transitioning for 10 months and almost did the BC! I am 97.9% naturel. i dont kno why im still holding on to dat damn fire cream! But it seems like i can never get it all out!! Last fire cream was 9/1/06.

Im hoping to find and keep a regimen. I am THE product junkie and have been spending on curly hair products and im tired! To much...

I dont really have much of a regimen. I tried washing every three to four days but i get tired of putting my hands in my hair. Therefore, i just wash once a week.

Pre-condition with Africa's Best organic hair mayo( add some EVOO. I think i might do this as an overnight treatment)
Wash with Creme of Nature shampoo ( doesn't dry out my hair)
Pat dry hair and apply oyin's whipped pudding.
Oil scalp with Doo Grow hair oil...and style: twists, big braids.. whatever i feel like doing. No heat!

**I'm looking for a really deep conditioning treatment. I have used ORS deep treatment pack but it deosnt make my hair that soft.
I'm thinking about getting Jessiecurls weekly deep treament, still researching...

Anyone feel free to advise with this natural hair care thing. I'm still learning what to do with my hair.

Loving nappturallity.com. I dont know what i would have done without it and also the wonderfull fotkis that have inspired me!
