I am new to photography. I just started a little less than a year ago. Im learning and open for suggestions on how to make my photos better. I have upgraded from my Nikon D40 to a Nikon D300

*************** Please feel free to leave comments good or bad. I want to know what I am doing wrong, so I can learn to be a good photographer. Do not think that it will hurt my feelings or turn me off of photography if you have something negative to say. I need the negative feedback probably more so than the positive feedback. That doesnt mean just come in and tell my photos look like crap, if you do have something negative to say that is fine, but PLEASE back it up with a suggestion on how I can fix what is bad.**************************
