I've recently spent some time reading the haircare forum and going thru all the products I've been using. I have to admit, I'm definitely a product junkie. However my research showed me I was still over-using some product types and under-using others.

I'm also working on listing my regimen. So far I've come up with the following:
* Mizani Shampoo once weekly
* Mizani Conditioner once weekly
* Leave-in Conditioner - Aphogee
* Heat protector - Elucence Hydrating Elixir
* Moisturizers - Mizani H2O Rose and Intense H2O (use daily)
* Oil Sheen - KeraCare Oil Sheen

I also use the Aphogee product line monthly to counteract any damage created by heat and relaxing. So far this is working out great for me. My ends only need dusting every once in a while.

However I do cover my hair and sleep on a satin pillowcase. If I'm just around the house I keep my hair covered so that I don't rub my ends.

I will be reviewing my regimen regularly so feel free to stop by give comments, tips, etc. as I'm learning how to better take care of my hair.
