- Hello everyone..Thank you for taking the time to view my page ,the support is always encouraging.
My regimen:
Wash twice a week (sunday & Wednesday) with Dr Bronner's Magic Castile soap (peppermint kind).
Hot oil treatment once week (on Sundays) with EVOO.
Massage scalp two/three times a week with my oil mix (see my jounral)
*Try to henna once a month, at least.
That's it!
When summer comes around I will proably wash more often but I am really keeoing things simple.
