Greetings, I am delighted with transforming my relaxed hair to a natural state! It was a blessing to locate Nappturality and Long Hair Care Forum--- it can be addictive in a good sense. Thanks for sharing wonderful ideas, suggestions, beauty and boldness. It has encouraged me to finally perform the BC!!! On two separate occasions I transitioned for 6months but would not cut my hair. Then I realized other sistas’ have done it, managed to survive and so will I. Honestly, I am not a great braider, twister or presser but I FIRMLY believe in: Practice- (live out, carry out, do apply, follow) Persistence- (determination, pushiness, resolution) and Patience (capacity for waiting). I am a slowly obtaining knowledge in natural hair and believe its rewarding. I changed my fotki name to Kinky Lyfe (ebonics) b/c there is no turning back now.
