I'm a 51 yr old recently widowed mother of 3 adult children and 2 grandsons. I have 10 nieces and 1 nephew...2 great nieces and 5 great nephews...2 of which my husband I was there for their births...my husband helped deliver the 1st one...the 2nd one came shortly after he passed away.
I've been a home health care giver for over 20 years. I've also done secretarial/clerical work. I've worked for our local Airlines as a Security screener checking luggage for bombs etc. before the passengers was able to get on the planes. I've worked for Tysons Turkey Plant in Arkansas while living there. I've worked for day cares; Meals on Wheels delivering meals to the elderly; Dairy Queen; Veterans Administrations Admitting patients into the hospital. I've worked for the United States Department of Agriculture doing loans for farmers. I worked for the United States Displinary Barracks at our local Fort. I can actually say I've enjoyed each job I worked at. The people I worked with were great and I couldn't of asked for better employees nor bosses.
I took care of my husband when he was diagnosed with cancer. I stayed with him in his room whenever possible and done what I could to help the nurses so that they could spend more time with other patients. I love him with all my heart and soul and there is no other who could take his place in my heart. He was strong to the very end and suffered without complaint. I wish I could be as strong as he was.
