I have gone natural with my hair. My last relaxer was April 1, 2006. I just got tired of my scalp being burned every 6 weeks. Also, the breakage of my hair was starting to get frustrating. When I was younger, my hair was thick and long because my mom did not use any chemicals on it. So, after reflecting back to those days, I decided that I wanted healthy hair again, and that in order to get that, I would need to stop using chemicals on my hair. Funny thing was, I was not sure how to take care of my hair in it's natural state. I've come across many good and informative websites for people like me to gain knowledge and support. I decided to try this also to meet others out there that can help support me and give me ideas and advice. And hopefully, I can do the same for others.
