Well everyone, I finally accomplished my goals, I lost the weight, I'm all natural now, and now I am ready to start another year long goal.
Updates
My Hair: My hair is completely natural and I have clipped off the last bits of relaxed hair. I have been experimenting with products and hairstyles I must say that having my natural hair is sooooo liberating. Its a full grown shoulder length curly fro with big aspirations. My next goal is for it to double in size and become an APL curly fro.

My regimen: I co-wash everyday with suave humectant and ntm conditioner. I wash about every week or ten days with ntm shampoo and I use cantu shea butter as a leave in for my wash and gos. I also do frequent deep conditioning with queen helene cholesterol, evoo, honey, and carol's daughter's black vanilla hair smoothie. I only use heat once every two months (this is new) and I plan to flat Iron again in the end of april.

My weight: I lost a total of 20 pounds since November 2008 and I have kept it off. I use the wii fit for my workouts. I am now 132 pounds and I wear a 6 in dresses and a 29 in jeans. I would like to lose 5-7 more pounds before summer.

My Skin: I have always had a problem with my skin and I have blamed it on everything except myself. The thing is that i love to eat candy, chocolate, and drink soda. I think that if i cut out alot of my sugar intake, my skin would not rebel as much as it does. Hopefully with a good month of eating healthy and exercising, i will see some improvements on my skin.
