 | My hair care regimin is fairly simple but effective so far. I wash twice a week. I rinse or condition wash once or twice a week. I deep condition every Sat with or without heat depending on how I feel.
I very rarely use direct heat on my hair. I rollerset and wrap for straight styles, use my ionic steam rollers for quick curly styles and airdry in a ponytail or bun when lazy. I stretch my relaxers to 10-12 weeks. I only go to the salon for touch ups and braids. I do my own trims as needed.
I'm currently doing my own Surge challenge for a month at a time. My goal for 2006 is to make it to mid back length.
